The Georg Mosbacher winery focuses on Riesling wines of strong character from its top vineyards in Forst and Deidesheim. It is well known that behind every great man there is a great woman. After studying viticulture and gaining experience in the international wine trade, Sabine Mosbacher-Düringer has been running the winery with her husband Jürgen since 1991. The estate, located between Neustadt and Bad Dürkheim, also has a small proportion of red wine vines, as the manager herself says with a grin, referring to her husband's Baden origins.
Wine info: Opulently fragrant Riesling with a real fruit potpourri of peach and ripe yellow fruit on the nose. Balanced and juicy on the palate, it has a full body and fine minerality. The finish is spicy and extremely complex and lingers for a long time.
