Refund Policy:
Thank you for shopping with SG Winery. We strive to provide the best customer experience and ensure your satisfaction with every order. In the event that you need to cancel or modify your order, please refer to the following refund policy:
1. Order Cancellation:
a. If you wish to cancel your entire order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. However, please note that a $30 administrative charge will be deducted from your refund.
b. To request a refund, please send an email to enquiry@sgwinery.com with your order details and the reason for cancellation.
2. Refund Process:
a. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, either to your bank account or credit card, depending on the payment method used for the order.
b. Once your refund has been processed, it may take some time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
3. Order Modification:
a. If you need to change your order items after finalising the payment, please email us immediately at enquiry@sgwinery.com.
b. We will provide instructions on how to reorder the desired items, and upon confirmation, we will cancel your previous order. In this case, the administrative charge will be waived, and you will receive a full refund for your previous order, provided you have emailed us regarding the order change.
4. Shipment Cancellation by BASF SE Wine Cellar:
a. In the very unlikely event that the entire consolidated order volume is too little for the BASF SE wine cellar to proceed with the shipment, both SG Winery and BASF SE will jointly inform BSEA employee.
b. Full refund without any administrative charge, will be provided to the BSEA employee in such cases.
5. Shipment Adjustment by BASF SE Wine Cellar:
a. In the very unlikely event that the entire consolidated order volume is too little for the BASF SE wine cellar to continue with the shipment, but they decide to adjust the wine price to cover the export shipping cost, both SG Winery and BASF SE will jointly inform BSEA employee of the adjusted wine price.
b. SG Winery will contact each respective BSEA employee to settle the payment balance due to the adjusted wine price. The BSEA employee will have the right to proceed with the order or cancel it.
c. In the event of cancellation, SG Winery will provide a full refund without any administrative charge, to the BSEA employee.
