W107113_MY - 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Schlossberg Hambach BASF Exklusiv (12 Bottles)

The brothers Christian and Oliver Zeter bottled their first vintage in 2007 and have already earned themselves a place in the wine world. For this wine the grapes of a total of eight vineyards in southern Palatinate and Mittelhardt - planted with seven different Sauvignon Blanc clones - were used. The distinct advantage is the different microclimates of the various sites which is beneficial in terms of flavor diversification. The soils in which the vines grow are just as distinct as the sites, themselves. The result is an aromatic and more present wine with structure and length. The bouquet reminds of herbs, apricot and ripe lychee. Try this elegant wine with Quiche Lorraine, fish and seafood dishes. Enjoy!
