Our cuvée Eisvogel is made from the traditional grape varieties of the island, Riesling, Auxerrois, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc & Cabernet Blanc. This gentle seduction ideally reflects the character of the island, fresh, floral and varied. The aromas of mirabelle plum, peach and a hint of flower meadow make this wine a great accompaniment to light fish and mussel dishes.
